Fisetin
Fisetin is a flavonoid found in apples, strawberries, onions. Reduces mast cell activation, which means less release of histamine – a key mediator in hay fever. Suppresses NF-κB – a major pathway in allergic inflammation. Contributes to the stabilization of the cell membrane of immune cells.
