Purpose
The herbal complex NOLERGEN
- Supports the body’s natural defenses
- Helps regulate the immune response
- Neutralizes free radicals.
Fisetin is a flavonoid found in apples, strawberries, onions. Reduces mast cell activation, which means less release of histamine – a key mediator in hay fever. Suppresses NF-κB – a major pathway in allergic inflammation. Contributes to the stabilization of the cell membrane of immune cells.
Turmeric is a strong anti-inflammatory agent. Suppresses the COX-2 and 5-LOX pathways – reduces prostaglandins and leukotrienes responsible for inflammation. Improves the mucosal barrier – less penetration of allergens. Modulates the Th2 response – reduces IgE production.
Piperine is an active ingredient in black pepper. Enhances the absorption of curcumin and fisetin by up to 2000% by inhibiting enzymes responsible for their rapid degradation in the liver (such as UGT and CYP3A4). Has antiallergic and antihistamine properties.
Apigenin is a flavonoid that occurs naturally in chamomile, parsley, celery.
Suppresses the release of histamine by inhibiting the FcεRI signaling pathway. Modulates the T-cell response – especially the Th2 → Th1 balance. Reduces IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 – key cytokines in the allergic cascade.
